Hillary isn’t out of the Race until either she formally quits or the final National DNC convention is over, because the so-called “Super Delegates” control 20% of the vote & they can vote for whoever they want. She would only need a small fraction of the Super Delegates to decide to vote her way in order for her to win the nomination. Never count a Clinton out until the fat lady sings. 🙂

I, also am not calling this over yet. Sure all the talking heads are saying that on the radio but they said the same thing weeks ago.
If there’s any way Hillary thinks she can get some super duper delegates (who are free to flip-flop all the way to Denver and apparently accept bribes too) on her side she’ll try for it.
OTOH, she may be still in the race because she’s trying to raise enough cash to pay expenses. She’s deep in the red right now.
