WordPress Issues
Not a big fan of the new wordpress. Categories are at the bottom. Navigation sucks. And I just noticed that my Pages are now gone. That means no more legalese and contact info on the right sidebar. Now, I gotta try track that crap down.

Eh. And I was just going to upgrade. Maybe I’ll wait.

When 2.5 came out, I read the forums a bit, and decided not to “upgrade”. I’m not interested in having my template b0rken a 2nd time, due to removed/changed function calls, etc. WordPress seems to be hell-bent on bloating it out now, and I’m not going to play.

The prior version was much better.

Well, at least you do not use it for comments.
I have EMailed them asking why I am
a. Forced to login to each blog seperately
b. Forced to delete “cookies” before logging into other than the first blog, as I get either “password does not match” or “username does not exist” – but clicking to “create account” says “username in use”
c. Cannot login at their site (eg to post question about this on forum) without creating a blog of my own
Bah.

Uncle–
I’ve been using WordPress for a number of years now and I am pretty familiar with how it works. I’d love to help you out with the site/email/etc and contribute to the cause! Shoot me an email if I can help in any way!

Rob, thanks. It’s not a technical issue, I don’t think. More an aesthetic one.
