Dumb Gun Laws
I mean, really dumb. Seems Florida wants to pass a law that makes it a more serious offense to kill someone with a gun that has certain aesthetic features as opposed to just killing them with a gun that doesn’t look a certain way. That’s a really stupid idea for a law.
Additionally, they want to pass mandatory minimum sentences.

And like all other stupid gun laws in Florida, this one will fail to pass.
This state is plenty friendly on the gun laws, and idiocy like this will never make it through. However, I do appreciate any system that allows idiots to draft legislation like this, because it lets us know who to vote against in the next election.

Actually, yes fully automatic pistols exist. Glock makes one, and there is always the Scorpion of Eastern Bloc manufacture.
