I apparently can’t step away without some thing bad happening. Seems The Governator signed the gradual ten year ban on semi-automatic handguns err microstamping bill. But it’s California. Should I have expected anything else? Doubtful.

Affe’s right; all guns already on the “approved” list prior to 2010 should be eligible to remain on the list as long as the manufacs. continue to pay the annual
extortionrelist fees for each gun they want to remain on the list. Any gun added to the list after 2007 needs to have both a chamber load indicator and magazine disconnect – useless features to begin with. So, this doesn’t change much except that new models will not be added to the list. Plenty of pre 2007 models available.October 15th, 2007 at 5:43 pm
Too much to ask for I guess, but all manufacturers should refuse to sell to or repair any firearms for any Peoples Republik of Kalifornia LEO authority.

66260.7. “Gender” means sex, and includes a person’s gender
identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not
stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.

Y’know, I was born and raised in Kalifornia and fled that nuthouse 2 years ago. I never thought it could get stranger but I was obviously wrong. And WTF is wrong with Arnold? He did just fine during his first term as Gov but now he’s just as much a fruitcake as his predecessors since Reagan have been.
