Yeah, notice that it says “small handguns”, which probably means that he has several hundred thousand rounds of .22LR. And since when do you need a permit for black powder?

Enough black powder, if not stored in proper containers, may well constitute a fire code violation.

Interesting how 8′ by 5′ is a tunnel. Sounds like a rectangular pit to me. Regardless, out of dozens of guns, 2 were illegal. Probably technicalities, but who knows with California. Musta had bayonet lugs AND a pistol grip
1,000,000 rounds is impressive tho. I’ve got significantly less than that, but it might still make headlines in today’s sensationalist media.

If he got 1,000,000 rounds in that size pit, they must have been .22’s.
