Their entry for MA is quite misleading. Machine guns are permitted, but on a license granted by the Chief of Police in one’s town of residence.
I have fired many legally owned machine guns in MA.
Suppressors are not permitted.

Alaska’s permit law is misrepresented. Alaska issues permits for concealed carry but does not require them in state, with some restrictions.

That site is completely incorrect. A state that bans open carry looks exactly like a state that allows open carry without a license.
And if you look at the weapons by state, it shows a lot of states that allow NFA stuff as banning it “except under limited circumstances” when that “limited circumstance” is having paid the NFA tax, an extremely common law to have.
