Another case for jury nullification:

Stop writing and we’ll reduce your charges, an Ohio prosecutor has told an editor, in essence now publicly admitting that the criminal charges lodged against the website writer are direct retaliation for his exercise of First Amendment rights.

    Sounds like blackmail to me, too. The powerful entities in this country are truly beginning to feel the heat from our little blogs and personal websites, and they aren’t liking it very much. I hope these guys beat this thing…

    Wow, that’s some scary stuff.
    I strongly support her, but I feel badly for the taxpayers in that region as they are going to have to shell out some serious cash in the lawsuits she is gonna win.

    And those guys belong in jail – not her.
