Ace reports it could soon be illegal to blog on company time:

Unbelievable. The campaign finance reformers want to make it illegal to blog more than one hour a week, four hours a month from a corporation’s place of business.

More than that and you could be subject to a legal complaint — the complaint being the coporation (sic), through you, is making illegal in-kind donations to a political party, because, I guess, the coproration (sic) is faciliating (sic) your expression of your opinions by providing you with a job and a computer.

Additionally, John Cole and others are declaring their blogs to be web magazines to bypass other regulations coming against blogs. Screw that, I’m a blogger and I will not be silenced.
