Law enforcement officers who retired in good standing after at least 10 years of service would be exempt from renewal fees for handgun permits under legislation that’s moving through the General Assembly.
So, political status gives them a free ride? Feh.

Someone needs to attach: Any citizen who has enjoyed a ten year period without being arrested or charged should ALSO get a lifetime CCL.

Can you be a resever officer and “retire”, because i would do that just so i could carry a gun anywhere.
Or can you work part time as a police officer.

It would be worth throwing together a lot of money, buying a small town in the middle of nowhere and “hiring” peeps like us to we can have the rights we’re supposed to have.
We need someone with Soros’ money to do that in every state. 🙂
