Supreme or no?
Lots of folks saying that the second amendment needs to go to the supreme court (including me). Clayton Cramer says that may not be a good idea.

One more thing, I don’t mind Kevin (or anyone else for that matter) using my Assault Weapons Ban Counter but a gratuitous link would be nice. Heck, I invested at least 10 minutes of time on that.

He does make a valid point but I still think it should go before the court anyway. To me the question is, will all the “big” defenders of the 1st Amendment come out to support the 2nd or is their endorsement of the Bill of Rights a more selective one?
I have always found it disingenuous when some people will use the 1st Amendment to cover things it was never meant to but treat the 2nd Amendment as though it were just a suggestion of the founders.
