Hillary Clinton’s hidden thesis

The “missing” some might say censored 92 page thesis written by Hillary Clinton in 1969 for her Senior thesis at Wellesley College is now the subject of much review. This thesis makes John Dean look moderate. Even WBIR has the story.

As I wrote a few weeks ago, the only person that can stop Hillary Clinton from becoming President is Hillary Clinton.

You can’t easily read the thesis. “The thesis can be read at your local library — one library at a time, that is. A single copy, on microfilm, can be ordered from Wellesley on a 30-day interlibrary loan. The document has copyright protection, though not because the front of the library’s copy is marked “c 1969 Hillary D. Rodham.” That note, in a different typeface than the manuscript itself, was added by the university’s archivist, Wilma Slaight.

“I added that in 1992,” Slaight acknowledged. “That was my attempt to indicate that she might have copyright protection.”

ALINSKY’s RULES FOR RADICALS

“Personalize it”

Saul Alinsky’s rules of power tactics, excerpted from his 1971 book “Rules for Radicals: A Practical Primer for Realistic Radicals”

1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.

2. Never go outside the experience of your people.

3. Whenever possible go outside the experience of the enemy.

4. Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.

5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.

6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.

7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.

8. Keep the pressure on.

9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

10. Maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

11. If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.

12. The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

Gee…wonder why? Maybe because you constantly cross post/bash progressive/Democratic ideas on a progressive/Democratic blog?…just a thought… I would hazard a guess that SU would not want anyone posting anti-gun blog posts/Pro-Brady posts on his site… Grow up and get your own damn blog #9.

Censorship is not very progressive Justin. Mrs. Clinton’s Senior thesis is relevant. It is her words.

Those that wish to suppress it are progressive? How exactly?

What have I “bashed”? I ask more questions than provide statements. Do those questions disturb you?

Cross posting is just a form of blog syndication. A way to reach different audiences. How is that any different than Don Williams being in several papers? No one forces you to read a post. You choose to do so willing.

Your post wasn’t removed. It was taken off the front page. You can see it here:

    http://www.knoxviews.com/blog

Or as part of your very own personal blog here:

    http://www.knoxviews.com/blog/19

(Too bad you didn’t register ten users earlier, then your blog would have been blog/9).

I did not know to look there.

It took me a little while to figure this out. It is actually more of a RSS suppression. If people know where to find my blog they can read the post. But since it is not on the front page it will not be syndicated. I guess it is an editors privilege. But I have no idea what criteria you use to make this decision. Mrs. Clinton’s Senior thesis is a valid and legitimate issue.

The mission statement of the KnoxViews blog has a different meaning to me. It has been updated from the first revision. This new update makes it even more confusing to me. “KnoxViews is an open, progressive* community space for citizens of Knoxville and the surrounding community to meet, organize, and discuss news, events, and issues affecting the community.”

Community space to me means forum. Forum means equal.

To me “progressive” is a way of thinking. Similar to open minded thinking. Not a code name or politically correct name for “liberal” or “democratic”. It would be just as confusing if conservatives or republicans were to try and claim the word progressive for their own purposes. I don’t understand how any group can appropriate a word for their own use.

Reasonable people can disagree. Clearly there is a disagreement.

The ‘blog’ link is syndicated, and so is ‘blog/19’. It’s your own personal blog. You can promote it all over the world, RSS it, link to it, etc. etc. At no charge to you! You’re welcome.

  6. R. Neal Says:

P.S. Sorry you did not know how to look for ‘blog’ or your personal blog. From the same page on site rules and usage you quoted from above:

To view your personal blog, click “View Content –> blogs –> my blog”. The link shown in your address bar is the URL address of your personal blog.

That’s been there since day one. You’re welcome!

    Thank you for the clarification.
