Lawful citizens should use a holster. This guy should keep putting his pistol in his waistband and shooting himself in his junk until he can no longer reproduce.
And I love that positive ID was made because his underwear was sticking out of his pants.

Philip, maybe we’ve been going at this crime/gun thing all wrong; perhaps we should make the holster the controlled item, not the firearm.

Sometimes justice comes quickly.
I would pray for universal justice, but for the personal implications that would involve. Maybe that’s our biggest problem.

This subject matter reminds me, the only Constitutional power delegated to my State of Tennessee Legislature is that it “shall have power to regulate the WEARING of arms with a view to prevent crime”. The first part of the Article I, Section 26 DECLARES the right of the people to keep and bear arms for their common defense. But then, like Federal Government, we have numerous gun laws in flagrant violation of the Constitution.

Ron, the NH constitution is somewhat similar, in its article 2A (nice, that) of the Bill of Rights. Interesting is that it’s fairly recent, it was added in 1982. NH finally adopted Constitutional Carry this year. Better late than never.
