   Expect regulations regarding carry to become more complicated and expensive to follow, at least wherever Dems control the state legislatures.

   Also, carry permits are a trailing indicator of gun rights, not a leading indicator. It takes years, after a negative action against carry, for enough permits NOT to be renewed, for anyone to notice.
