Obamacare architect: We had to lie to pass it because Americans are stupid.
And the SCOTUS has agreed to hear a challenge to the tax subsidies. We’ll see if predictions that his Obamacare decision was part of a long ball strategy or not pan out.

But the American voter DIDN’T vote for Obamacare. It was voted for by politicians voting in their own favor.

But by declaring it a tax it means the bill that started it originated on the wrong side of congress, opening yet another challenge (but a long shot one).

But it isn’t a “prediction” It’s a fact. Obama said so, when he told his communist friends that we can’t get there [to single-payer, meaning totally government-run medicine] all at once. It’s also the Progressive way of doing anything, played out over more than a century.
You don’t write a law of that size and scope, with so many open ends, and then push it through without hardly anyone having read it, unless you’re trying to fool people.
Truth requires few words.
O-Care is designed to “fail”, Cloward/Piven style, so people will become frustrated and, so goes their theory, demand more government control to fix the problem government control created. Top Down, Bottom Up, Inside Out.
For the last 100+ years, that tactic has almost always worked, so why stop now? What major enlightenment has occurred that would prevent its continuing success in years to some? If even you are not willing to define it for what it is, and point it out, how many are there who will? Do you still have doubts, of which you’ll give Progressives the benefit? What would it take to vanquish those doubts, and will it have been far too late by then?

Obamacare takes money directly out of taxpayer pockets in an identifiable way, year after year.
There may be enough taxpayers noticing this to object.
And I doubt the last error/typo/unintended consequence of this magnificent legislative creation has been noticed yet, let alone adjudicated.

No, the dem-trash read it. And they passed it because it’s just what they want; A means to screw up this country.
Does anyone truly believe that the dems would’ve exempted themselves from that travesty if they hadn’t read it and knew what was in it?
