No, idiot … The single most important thing we can do us to make it so that those people aren’t inclined to commit acts of violence in the first place–then it doesn’t matter one whit if they have access to guns or not.

There are two types of “gun violence,”–legal and illegal. The best way to prevent illegal gun violence is to make sure enough people have guns to defend the peace.
