SCOTUS and the California mag ban

Mentioned before where Michel and Associates asked SCOTUS to block the magazine ban in Cali until the litigation concluded. And Kennedy asked the city to respond. Well, they have:

Applicants are merely attempting to circumvent the appeals process by asking this Court to prejudge the very issues that are now before the Ninth Circuit in this appeal.

  1. TigerStripe Says:

Chuck Michel doesn’t seem to mind the NRA taking credit as he is on Cam Edwards’ show at least weekly.

  2. Jake Says:

The injunction was denied, without comment.

Remember Eugene Volokh’s little “magazine limits are okay” blog post? Yeah, he got cited in the briefings… by Sunnyvale.

As one commenter at Sebastian’s blog said: “Thanks, Professor Volokh. Thanks a shitload.”

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
