A mass shooter needs an anonymous trial, execution, cremation, and his ashes should be flushed down the Coroner’s Office toilet.

Ridicule of the shooter from the media, rather than dancing in the blood of victims, might also be a potent weapon against future shootings.

That idiot who couldn’t make his gun work in the Aurora theater shooting comes to mind. What a tool he is! Maybe a report on how he is faring in prison, with emphasis on how unpleasant a time he is having, would be a good thing to do.

Hmm, well, first, you would have to actually, you know, want to stop mass shootings, but since they serve a vital purpose in media (amping up public emotion for gun restrictions) they’ll keep up the hype, complete with photos of and extensive bios on the perps.
