In Journal News news

Seems they think annoying a bunch of gun owners by publishing their names and addresses on the internet may upset those gun owners. So, they went out and hired armed security guards:

A Clarkstown police report issued on December 28, 2012, confirmed that The Journal News has hired armed security guards from New City-based RGA Investigations and that they are manning the newspaper’s Rockland County headquarters at 1 Crosfield Ave., West Nyack, through at least tomorrow, Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

Despite the paper’s allegations of threats, the police didn’t find any.

And a New York county has denied the paper’s request for lists of its permit holders.

Ironic

I wonder what the names and addresses of the employees, owners, and stockholders of the security firm are?

Don’t you think that the public deserves to know?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
