Journalism and duty to retreat

David Hardy looks at some cases covered in the press that shows their utter lack of understanding of the law. They don’t need to understand it’s about sensationalism. And they’ll even lie for the latter, as has been proven many times.

And then, you have guys like this who fall for the media lies about duty to retreat/stand your ground and wind up killing someone.
