    Somewhere in your Files, Unc, I believe you’ll find a comment or two where I said several months ago that Holder would eventually claim Executive Privlidge re F+F.

    I think Issa or Grassley already advised Holder in a previous hearing that executive privilege only covers conversations and advice between a cabinet member and the President. It does not extend to actions taken by anyone below the AG or to their interactions with the AG.

    If this assertion of executive privilege stands, then it effectively removes the oversight power of Congress. There’s no way a Senator or Congressman will stand for a precedent that nullifies their own power. Not without them voting on it, of course (see War Powers Act).

    So he says it’s for…”the Executive Branch’s constitutional interests”…which is to attack the people’s constitutional interests by blaming their 2nd Amendment by “giving aid and comfort to their enemies”.

    That’s precisely how Article III, Section 3 defines “treason”.

    So, Obama railed against the “imperialist Bush Presidency”, yet he and his cronies are more imperialistic to a factor of ten. He has defied Congress time and time again, as has Holder. And Congress didn’t have the balls to nail either of their asses to the wall.

    Obama will be re-elected, then he will do away with elections.

    Obama will be king, and America will cease to exist.
