Weerd has a look. In the event I lived in ban state like Weerd, I’d likely carry 45s too because, well, why not. Of course, I live in a no ban state and mostly carry a 45. Despite thinking about switching.

You should carry what you can handle, but, all other things being equal, the advantage is always with the bigger bullet.

I don’t know what I’d carry if I had access to unlimited magazine capacity.
My primary and secondary carry guns are single-stack because I find a slim gun much more comfortable and easy to conceal…and my pocket gun is a .45 because my primary gun is a .45 and I got boxes and boxes of the stuff.
Your M&P9 is a fantastic gun, but I don’t know if I’d like carrying something that is so much wider than my 1911…
