Chicago part 2: Benson v. City of Chicago
The Illinois Association of Firearms Retailers (ILAFR), a state affiliate of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) – the trade association for the firearms industry – has filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of several recently adopted anti-gun laws designed to circumvent last week’s Supreme Court ruling in McDonald v. Chicago.
NRA has a press release announcing their support.

Stay inside Daley’s OODA loop, and let him remain forever retroactively and impotently attempting to stop the civil rights movement led by Alan Gura and other gun rights advocates.

I thought Alan Gura will be in North Carolina next?
Is he doing the follow up punch in Benson too?

I live in Chicago and it’s well past time people were allowed to defend themselves. You can bet that Daley will make people jump through hoops and will press the envelope until it’s back in court again.
If a gun law is in violation of the constitution, than it is no law at all.

Daley and aldermen/alderwomen are about to learn what “fundmental” means, and what “strict scrutiny” means, as the standard by which gun laws will now be measured. There is not a “compelling argument” within the limited vocabulary of the Chicago Mayor, and he will likely suffer “Daley” defeats on most, if not all, of the charges made by Benson, et al. Hooray for Chicago, they need some hope to survive, literally.
