Gag Order
I haven’t kept up with it because, like most NRA hate, it’s usually short on facts and long on speculation. But Red State says that NRA issued a gag order to the board to shut up about Kagan. Except it is the board decides what NRA does and not the NRA that decides what the board does. Anyway, Chris Cox calls RedState’s accusations unequivocally false.

So obviously the accusations were false because the NRA is out leading the charge against this extremely anti-gun nominee. Right?
