Palin at the NRA Convention
I asked a bit back who was going. Sarah Palin apparently decided she had to meet me:
The National Rifle Association’s fourth-annual Celebration of American Values Leadership Forum will be held on Friday, May 14 in Charlotte, North Carolina from noon to 4:30 p.m. It will feature Governor Sarah Palin and other national leaders.

No she is the ex-governor. Former is reserved for those who don’t quit. She could also be called the runaway governor or mccain’s lackey vp.

Once you have a political title, you’re always called that, even after you give up the office, unless you give it up to go to a higher office. After retirement, you retain the title of the highest office you held.
