Chicago Gun Case Stuff
The briefs in support of Chicago are pouring in. Damon Root notes one interesting brief that seeks to get the court to revisit Heller. I suppose since so much creation science was put into developing the collective rights mythology that some folks just hate to see it go.
SCOTUS Blog has a look at NRA asking for time at the court. It’s an interesting look at different two strategies. I’m of the opinion that Alan Gura knows what he’s doing. So, let him do what he does.

The strategies are different because the NRA is trying to save gun rights, and Gura is trying to save the Republic.
