Then why not one per year?

NJ’s gun rationing heading to NJ supreme court.

It was already heard actually. I haven’t heard much on the oral arguments yet. Now we just wait.

  2. Mikee Says:

How many prosecutions for straw purchases have there been in NJ over the past 1, 2, 5 years? Stopping straw purchases is the reason given for setting up this ridiculous rationing of civil rights. Are folks prosecuted now for straw purchases when discovered?

If there have NOT been many many prosecutions for straw purchases, then this will not fix that supposed problem and the rationing is just another infringement upon the rights of citizens.

  3. Matt Groom Says:

By the logic of this argument, it could easily be one per year, one per citizen, one per household, etc.

This was never a constitutional law, which is why the left is so fond of it. Hopefully, the NJ Justices will overturn this obvious and egregious infringement of NJ Citizen’s civil rights.

  4. Tom Says:

be careful what you ask, they’re likely to rule that way.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
