   Possibly because the issue makes you jaded, and you end up more attracted to things that make people in “polite society” shit their pants.

   For me it’s really resenting idiots who let the media hype form their misguided opinions for them.

   It’s short, straight line from “pit bulls are evil killers” to “OMG you can shoot down an airliner from 3 miles away with a single shot from a .50BMG”.

   In our case it was pure happenstance. My son wound up with a canine out past Politically Incorrect Dog just by being in the right place at the right time when a woman wanted to get Hunter away from her husband, who thought he could civilize her with beatings.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
