This didn’t work the last time it was tried

Someone is suing LuckyGunner over their sale of ammo to a mass shooter. The Brady Campaign tried this earlier and it wound up costing them (Brady) quite a bit of money when they lost.

“Did he write in the order notes field that he intended to murder a bunch of people?

Did LG break any laws selling to him?

    No?

Then what’s your theory for the tort here?”

All it takes is one peckerwood with a black robe wrapped around some leftist ideology to run a company out of business, or at least cost them a shitload of money defending themselves in court.
Crap like this was why the PLCAA was passed. Although sometimes it seems like it was written in crayon, considering how some judges seem to ignore its existence.

As I recall, the previous case cost the official plaintiff a bunch of money and Brady refused to help them pay. You would have to have a heart of stone not to laugh.

Anyway, how could they prove that he used THAT ammo and not some that he had laying around? Jack.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
