Why are anti-gun activists so violent?

Tragic: Texas gun control activist shoots her three children dead

Here is a glaring example to prove the theory of projection with the anti-gun zealots. They think all firearms owners are violent or potentially violent because they themselves harbor such violent tendencies. They actually think about killing their kids when they drive them nuts, while in the middle of a custody battle, or because they are depressed. They are the ones that fantasize about blowing away that asshole that just cut them off, or “stole” their parking space because they have no frame of reference when it comes to real firearm ownership and use. We legitimate firearms owners know, an armed society is a polite society.

God bless those poor kids, and may their mother burn in hell.

This is the kind of web article that really tics me off. Texas is kinda big, so where did this happen? And while we’re asking basic and obvious questions, when did this happen?

I guess I’ll have to go look at a true “news” web site to find out, since the Washington Examiner appears to have the thinnest of connections to journalism (y’know, the one we grew up with, not the one today that makes up the news).

  3. Boyd Says:

I guess this journalism thing is too hard for a lot of people. I had to click through about four different articles to learn the police were called to the murder/suicide last Tuesday morning.

I suppose I should be happy I could eventually figure it out, along with the where (Deer Park, a suburb of Houston).

damn near seventy. firearm ownership teaches personal responsibility. it also teaches respect for others. it teaches mortality. it teaches cause and effect. it teaches the limits of personal power over your own life and the consequences of poor decision making.

I firmly believe everyone in the USA needs to own at least one firearm of any type they desire. For their own education if nothing else.

Classic ‘projection’. Progressives always think everyone else is as unhinged as they are.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
