It is the most abundant gun in the world and knowing how to operate one is a good skill to have.

We don’t even teach people how to safely handle them or make them safe. I’ve seen cops muzzle each other or struggle with a perps gun for several minutes simply trying to unload it, and open the action to make it safe.

I’m pretty sure we should dig up Samuel Johnson, hang him, burn his remains, load the ashes into a cannon, and shoot them into the Irish Sea.

Johnson would have fit right in with the 2nd wave Soviet apologists who infected Higher Education in this country in the 1960s.
American patriotism is now held to be an evil by our progressive fellow traveler parasites who have distorted our history and lied about the American way in preference of their murderous masters who once lived behind a curtain made of iron.

So they are bringing back NVP (military preparedness lessons) that all soviet era schools had.
