It should

The SAF: The Second Amendment Foundation today revealed that it is considering legal action to force authorities in the State of Illinois to speed up the application and renewal process for concealed carry licenses, following a report by WMAQ in Chicago about the length of time citizens must wait for their licenses.

Statute in Massachusetts is 40 days. However, applications and renewals often take 90 and sometimes up to 365 days. MA also requires a permit for simple possession in the home in violation of SCotUS precedent. Authorities don’t care unless they are made to care and the DoJ isn’t doing its job enforcing USC 242 on top of lower court insubordination.

In Virginia, the statute is 45 days. If it takes longer the court must issue you a temporary permit in the interim.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
