Any attempt to eradicate, erode or modify a God-given right is, in and of itself, an act of violence and subject to criminal prosecution.

When I see someone OPENLY carrying, I think one of two things. It could be their first one, they NEED people to see it. They don’t know why. It just feels good. Then, they think people WANT to see it, Ok, sinking deeper now. It is a tool, nothing more. There is no symbolism, no representation of anything. It will not do anything. It is just there. The onlyist way it will harm any single individual, is if the owner causes it to. Why would you make the owner cause it to? It is not a piece of jewelry, it is just a tool.

As per NIJ there are 6 main threat levels for ballistic body armour.
For soft body armour – Level I, Level IIA, Level II and Level IIIA. For hard armor (plates) Level III and Level IV which are designed to defeat projectiles at rifle speeds in conjunction with the soft body armour tested specifically for that combination.
