    Only applies in the Ninth.

    I stopped using fingerprints and set a long pin number just for this reason.

    I too, only do the PIN. They could beat it out of me sure, but they have much more difficulty taking it without your cooperation.

    Where is this judge or others with “Red Flag” gun confiscation laws which are a definite violation of the 5th Amendment? And remember the landmark SCOTUS Miranda decision based upon the 5th Amendment, “you have a right to remain silent”. Supposedly that applies to a perp caught in a criminal act, but not to the peaceable, law-abiding citizen going about their business?
