The Israelis teach carrying Pistols Chamber Empty. This is in case the Pistol gets snatched out of their Holster by some Terrorist in those narrow Streets they have over there. And since the Glock seems to be the World Standard (like a McDonald Hamburger, they’re everywhere), I can see why FAB (an Israeli Company) came up with it.
