Drinking while having a gun in the home

Constitutionally protected. What, are you supposed to remove the guns when you open a beer?

As it should be. Adding a law that would make a separate crime out of “possessing a firearm while intoxicated” will not stop an idiot from drinking and playing irresponsibly with a gun any more than a gun free zone stops someone bent on killing.

It’s still a crime here in Tennessee.

My only ND was after a beer. The guns stay put away when my friends and I open the beer.

Almost commented “It is if you’re in Michigan” before reading that… I knew a guy that got busted for that once when I lived back there.

Can’t seem to get myself drunk enough anymore to be irresponsible. Kinda sucks.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
