Kids and weapons

They look happy. But the Plain Dealer is butthurt about it: Some thought the juxtaposition of such lethal weapons with pure innocence and excitement was too jarring or sent the wrong message.

Who is “some”? Way to be credible. “some” think 380 American rebels were killed in Michigan the other day. Those “some” are insane.

I think the headline on that newspaper article is about 4 years too early to be accurate.

  2. Rivrdog Says:

My guess is that the writer read that a soused Michigander, armed with a 380, had his ass kicked in a bar fight, and died of his injuries.

  3. Seerak Says:

“Some” continue to get media attention and representation well out of proportion to their numbers, importance, and rationality.

Sigh! See what Breda and I and Heath and Amanda and others like us have to put up with in our Neck of the Woods?

If this JackHole is so worried about kids and weapons, why doesn’t he lead a Campaign to Arrest all the Gang Bangers that are doing 2-3 shootings a week up here? Or is it “Politically Incorrect” to go after a “Certain Class of Youths” while it’s OK to pontificate on “How our Poor Innocent Girls are being exposed to the Horrors of War by those Evil Jarheads?”

FWIW, I wonder if he’s ever been down to the U.S.S. Cod, the old WW2 Submarine about a half a mile from Public Square and seen the kids playing on it? It’s only been there about 20 years.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
