    The other night when I was given the baby Browning, the giver asked me “Now, how do we go about transferring the gun to you?” I answered, “We live in Arizona. You just did.”

    In NYTimes-world, you SHOULD have to register, therefore you do, even though you don’t.

    They don’t let little things like facts get in the way of their ideology.

    I’ve found the following link a simple, fairly accurate, “one stop shop” reference as to which states have which restrictions.

    Maybe someone could point it out to the NYT so they can more easily research which states have laws they assume are “common”. They’d see how few require permits to purchase and/or have records retention. 😉
