Stupid should hurt

And some times, it does.

At a line at a gas station, a woman didn’t want to wait her turn to get gas. So, she decided to gun her engine and cut off another patron because, you know, she’s more important than anyone else. Well, a bit of over-steer and her inability to control her vehicle sent her right into the gas pump. Which caught fire and set her vehicle on fire.

Her stupid was caught on tape for all the world to see and mock.

I get my gas at the Alcoa Cro-zhey because of the discount I get. Crowded is an understatement. Long story short, plan ahead. And, stay in line.

Also notice how the passenger just runs for it, and that she decides part way through to come back for the driver.

they look so nonchalant walking away.

Fifteen years old, I was working 40 hours a week at a gas station/garage. The boss lent me a .32 Mauser that I carried tucked in my belt, right hip, at night (it was an after school job). Morons like this one were the least of my worries.

It was the car’s fault! It’s an Earth-hating SUV wannabe, so it decided to try and kill someone!

Where is your gas nozzle? Left or right? If you have to go this way, your recepticle needs to be on the correct side. Bumping in, against the grain, IMHO, is not the smart move, at the gas pump. Just a thought.

“I hit the brake and the car sped up”. Time to launch a congressional inquiry.

In the early 60’s I was in Technical School and a fellow student worked nights at a discount gas station in S. Seattle. There was a thug robbing all night stations and murdering the attendants. My buddy was hit by this guy at about 2:00 one morning. The robber came in, asked for a tankful of 102 octane Ethyl, then pulled the gun. My pal hosed him down with the full force of the gas coming out of the nozzle and told him to pull the trigger, he’d see him in hell. The guy stood there for a few seconds until the 102 octane began to burn and itch, then he fell to the ground. My buddy kicked the gun away and gave the robber another half gallon of the 102 octane on his upper body and face, then went in to call the cops. They showed up and stood around waiting for the paddy wagon to take the thug to the Trauma Center at Harborview. They were in no hurry even though the guy was crying and begging for them to wash him off. I heard from my Uncle who was a police dispatcher, that the guy lost a lot of skin, his eyesight, and had to have skin grafts because no one was in much of a rush to get the gasoline off him. He was tried, found guilty and after five years of appeals the State hanged the SOB for multiple murders, and my buddy was one of the witnesses. He said it made him feel a lot better watching that miserable SOB begin his trip to Hell.
