It always amazes me how the “scientific” community can publish such nonsense as it does, particularly regarding climate change.
The “post hoc, ergo propter hoc” fallacy was the first thing I was taught about logic when I debated in high school. It was a trap we all tried to avoid, and only a really unaware freshman would fall for it, or try to use it as an argument.
Yet, I’m seeing it all the time in the climate discussion. Is it just me?
