    This is my shocked face.

  2. bwm Says:

    What could possibly go wrong?

  3. wizardpc Says:

I love how the SWAT guy says basically “well, he was obviously a bad guy because he was had body armor” then admits Jose was in his boxers.

  4. Tam Says:

Police say Guerena’s possession of AR and body armor proves he’s a bad guy.

    Someone alert Alanis Morissette.

  5. daniels Says:

    quelle surprise…

  6. jetaz Says:

I’m with Tam. Colour me shocked.

  7. Bubblehead Les Says:

Yeah, just like Ruby Ridge and Waco, never the Cops fault. BTW, where’s all the Outrage from the Latino Community? How come Al Sharpton hasn’t shown up to lead a March against the Police Brutality shown against People of Color? What’s that you say? Pima County Cops work for the Democrats?

    Nevermind.

  8. John Bernard Books Says:

I cannot believe there has not been an incident in Pima County similar to the one in San Antonio.

  9. Stormy Dragon Says:

    It’s a Festivus miracle!

  10. TomcatTCH Says:

In the future, I think there will be a market for directional mines on a dead mans switch.

  11. Ted N(not the Nuge) Says:

WAFS. Who here really expected any other conclusion. Heck, when has there ever been any other conclusion?

  12. Diomed Says:

    Cops always protect cops.

It’s us vs. them. Interpret however your frame of reference dictates.

  13. ATLien Says:

that’s why we should hunt the bad cops like the Israelis hunt Nazis.

  14. Standard Mischief Says:

I thought the inevitable conclusion came a bit quickly, but I see now that they probably want this out while gunnies are looking at the congress-BATFU hearing. Yea, finally Gunwalker is on the local media’s newscasts this AM.

Speaking of which, not that our congress-things having hearings is going to do anything about BATFU transgressions, but they need to have such charades every other year or so to show that they “care” about ATF abuse.

  15. Bob H Says:

From the cop’s point of view they are right it was a good shoot. (Except for the idiot cop who goes running up after the others have started firing, he needs to be sent down to the minors). They sounded their siren for a second, announced and then kicked in the door, they saw a man with a gun and opened fire.
From a civilian point of view the problem is that THEY SHOULDN’T HAVE USED A SWAT TEAM IN THE FIRST PLACE!

  16. Crotalus Says:

J.B. Books, what happened in San Antonio?

  17. Chas Says:

When the right to keep and bear arms and the right to self-defense cross paths with a large, government SWAT team, an arrest warrant turns into a “kill mission”.
Why is that forseeable to the planners, but never foreseen by them?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
