I don’t really like the ‘unconstitutionally vague’ arguments when they get used. Maybe it’s because of how vague some people seem to think “shall not be infringed” is…

A nice short term delay for Kalifornians, but to paraphrase John Maynard Kaynes “In the long run, Kalifornia gun owners are all screwed”.

  3. Ash Says:

This is a nice win regardless and might help to deter similar laws elsewhere.

  4. Chas Says:

A bad law overturned on any grounds is a good thing, but it’s too bad that the fact that it amounts to politically-motivated, communist-style oppression by the political left against the right doesn’t count for anything in the People’s Democratic Republic of Californication.

  5. Chas Says:

Markie Marxist sez: “We love the Second Amendment in California. In fact, my commie compadres there love it so much, that they’re trying to love it to death! Ha! Ha! All your commie-californication is belong to us!”

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
