TN Man Sues ATF Over False Accusations

The AP:

A Nashville man is suing an agent of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after he was falsely accused of selling cocaine to a confidential informant.

According to documents filed with the Davidson County Circuit Court on Friday, Dewayne Howard lost his job as a forklift operator and was unable to find new work as the case against him dragged on for nine months. Charges were eventually dropped in September

Why in the hell is the ATF attempting to enforce drug laws?

I wish he went for more money. Like their yearly operating budget.

This will be dismissed due to limited immunity. The only justice this man will get is if he extracts extra-legally.

Americans claim that they believe in freedom; then they give BATFE a billion dollars a year to destroy it. I live in a nation of liars, frauds and hypocrites.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
