“Improving our efforts … will weaken the drug cartels and disrupt their illegal activities, and make it easier ultimately to dismantle and destroy them,” said Robert Bonner,…”

That’s a stinking pile of lame rationalization if I ever smelled one.

  2. Huck Says:

I understand that the Mexican drug cartels were getting so called “assault weapons” during the last ban. That worked real well eh?

What’s more, how is banning honest US citizens ownership of semi-auto rifles going to prevent crooks in Mexico from getting FULL-auto rifles?

  3. Molon Labe Says:

I have a better idea: Pay the Mexican army/LEO more than the drug cartels are paying them to defect to their side.

  4. Ron W Says:

I have a better idea. Let’s DEMAND that our employees (from the president on down) OBEY the Law they’ve sworn an oath to uphold. Then they would “protect the States against invasion” (Article IV, Section 4) and execute immigration laws pursuant to the Constitution and DEPORT illegal aliens.

But traitors like Bush, and now Obama, say “we can’t militarize the border” yet we have militarized police and use the military against American citizens…like in Pittsburg a couple of weeks ago to protect the G-20 globalists against those exercising their First Amendment rights.

  5. Lyle Says:

Well, as everyone knows, the first place one should go in serch of knowlwdge and wisdom is to an ex ambassador to Mexico. Never mind that silly, outdated, so-called “constitution” thingy. Geez!

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
