Tea Party

BTW, I can’t make it to the K-town event as I am at a secure and undisclosed location. But if I were going, I’d probably have this sign:

Update: Your moment of crazy: Some believe that a new era of elightened blissful liberalism will dawn with the blood of the innocent spilled on the steps of Legislative Plaza

I guess if the Tea Parties can drive some on the left that insane, they must be doing something right.

Girls with guns usually are. All right, the gun isn’t present, but still. She has that deceptively thin face, but you just have the feeling that her body is really going to surprise you.

Several thousand at the TEA part in Albuquerque,NM. I was there early and for not very long(kids need to be fed). The crowd was already growing and trafic in the area was heavier than usual. I ride a motorcycle and was able to worm my way to the front. As i drove away more people on foot were still treking to the party. What I find most interesting is that if you don’t search for it in the news it just isn’t there. The one news story I did see mentioned Fox new and radio fueling the turn out. Biased?? Ya Think?!?!?!

I attended the party in Ft. Lauderdale. What impressed me was that the crowd was very well behaved, no shrieking, no threats of violence. It was clearly a cross section of middle America. There was no trash on the streets, no graffiti, no piles of food wrappers etc. What I saw was a whole lot of Americans that were fed up with their governments failure to control spending and failure to act responsibly. Many were admitting that they were democrats that had had enough.(The events organizer was a democrat and had voted for Obama) Not much in the way of Obama bashing but a lot of congress bashing. (Tar & Feather barny frank) One other thing that stood out. Aside from the many very clever slogans on the signs in the crowd, they were all properly spelled and used proper English. One final thought, Napolitano’s study claiming that veterans would be recruited as domestic terrorists was NOT popular at all and had many folks almost as upset as the congress’s failures.

Dude, that looks like Breda from the Breda Fallacy — I had to do a double-take.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
