Terror gun bill back
Seems some folks think that if you’re on a government watch list, you shouldn’t be allowed to buy a gun. By that logic, if you’re on a terrorist watch list, you should be in jail. I mean, since we’re bypassing due process of law, let’s do it right, right?

My favorite was Frank Lautenberg’s proposal that unless the .gov terror warning was green (or level 1, whichever the lowest one is) gun sales would be suspended. Especially since the indicator debuted at yellow (level 3) and has never dipped below that since.
It was effectively a halt to all gun sales nationwide.
