Forget the pool lift, now the government is mandating the the maximum slope for putt-putt holes and says you must allow horses in your business as service animals. Also, the ADA has rules for shooting ranges: Shooting facilities – provision of accessible turning space “for each different type of firing position.”

So, if you go vacationing and head to the hotel pool, it might be closed. Seems a federal law went into effect requiring pools to have wheelchair lifts. You know, I don’t notice a lot of wheelchair bound people playing basketball. Someone should get on that.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
