My sources say the April shoot has been canceled due to flooding.

The website isn’t saying anything, they still have the next shoot as April 11-13th http://machinegunshoot.com/index.html

Expect there to be an “environmental investigation” due to lead migration if the Knob Creek range is under water.
It would not surprise me in the least.
That’s a shame. We went last spring and it was a blast. We did get a bunch a rain Friday night that turned the campground into a bog and we had to get our rental van pulled out so I guess it gets a bit wet in West Point, KY this time of year.
Mixing bourbon with machine guns doesn’t strike me as a very good idea, anyway.
Aw, hell, we’re in the South, it’s a great idea!
both the shoot and the bourbon are named after the town of Knob Creek.
I’m not surprised. Last time I was there in the Spring, all the lower ranges were completely under water.
