House Guns err Dogs

Pit bull foils home robbery:

A pit bull stopped five people from robbing a home and may have saved his owners life.

Christopher Payne told Bibb County sheriff’s deputies when a group of people tried to rob him his dog Dino attacked and scared off intruders.

120 pounds is awful big for a pit bull.

I’ll say, and tall. That’s for sure a pit bull just in the mutt sense of the term. And boy do I recognize that tendency to want to put everything in its mouth. It took us years to break our dog of that, and we still have to remind her to go get her bone when folks come over and chew on that instead of their hands.

  2. Kirk Says:

I don’t think that dog is 120 pounds. Sounds like owner exaggeration. 70 or 80 sure. 120, I don’t think so.

You would have to put him on a scale to convince me he weighed even 80 pounds.

  4. Tennessee Budd Says:

My dearly departed APBT at his heaviest weighed 85, and he was a BIG sonofabitch. I’ll go 80 or so on this one.

  5. Cactus Jack Says:

    70 pounds, 80 pounds, 120 pounds… Whatever his weight is, that’s a fo-real DOG! 🙂

  6. Sebastian-PGP Says:

Too many table scraps! But hey, that’s a good loyal pup. Good on ’em.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
