The prices of imported firearms and parts will depend on the dollar’s value against other currencies. I understand that the dollar had a small rally yesterday after dropping like a stone. The U.S. dollar is now worth less than the Canadian dollar. Weekend before last, I still saw Romanian AKs going for less than $350 at a gun show, but I expect prices to rise. Odd as it seems, we could find domestic weapons and parts cheaper than imports. Of course, none of us will have any money left to buy weapons after paying our food and energy bills, dependent as we are on imported petroleum.
