		<description>I wonder if you could convert a muzzle loader to use a cartridge fed through the muzzle, allowing you to quickly load and fire (mechanically), while still being - technically - a 'muzzle loader'.... ?  :)</description>

		<description>I believe the law actually works something like: "They are not considered firearms unless they are used as a firearm in the commission of a crime."  I forget if that is a state or federal thing though.</description>
